Who Qualifies

Bulk item pickup is available exclusively to weekly residential curbside customers. Each household is allowed:

  • One (1) bulk item per month


How Scheduling Works

To request a bulk item pickup:

  • Submit your request by the first week of the month
  • Once received, your address will be added to the monthly bulk pickup list
  • Routes are then coordinated, and you will be contacted with your scheduled pickup day

Requests submitted after the first week of the month will automatically be scheduled for the following month. You will be contacted with your pickup date.


What We Accept

Only one household item per pickup is permitted (no bundles of smaller items). Examples include:

  • Mattress (must be wrapped)
  • Coffee table
  • Nightstand
  • Chair
  • Dresser
  • Sofa


What We Do Not Accept

The following items are not eligible for bulk pickup:

  • Glass
  • Metal items
  • Appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.)
  • Electronics (TVs, computers, AC units, etc.)
  • Construction debris (wood, sheetrock, tile, etc.)
  • Yard waste (branches, leaves, dirt, etc.)


How to Submit a Request

To schedule a pickup, please provide the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Address
  3. Best contact phone number
  4. Description of the item
  5. A photo of the item

Once your request is received, you will be contacted with your scheduled pickup date.


Important Reminders

  • Notify us if the item is no longer needed
  • Items must be placed out on the scheduled pickup day
  • Missed pickups will be rescheduled for the following month
  • Unused bulk pickups do not roll over to the next month
